Once again, we’re rapidly approaching my fave cookie holiday – Valentine’s Day! And so, I thought I’d share with you the ins and outs of working with my recently released Valentine-themed Dynamic Duos™ stencil design. Even if Valentine’s Day has come and gone by the time you see this video, no worries - this design is perfectly suited to weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, and anniversaries too!
So, onward . . . The design is called “Roses Are Red” and, like all of my Duos™ designs, it consists of two multi-component sets – a background set and a message and frame set. In the first part of the video, I show how to use the background stencil set on its own to create a striking Valentine. Then I show how to dress up more heart cookies using fondant appliqués and wafer paper tags made with the complementary message and frame set. You’ll be head over heels in love with the many design possibilities!
