Here we used the Nottingham Plaque Cookie Cutter, but would be perfect to use with our shamrock cookie stencil as well. The larger the cookie, the more design reveal will be shown.

• Tint royal icing with DecoPac Premium gel colorant in Emerald to give you the perfect green for a shamrock cookie! Scrape excess off the cookie with our cookie stencil scraper tools.
