Fireworks Display Prettier Plaques background stencil has been thoughtfully designed in partnership with Julia Usher, to make your cookies prettier than ever. Background stencils can be used alone or mixed and matched with all message and frame stencils in the line. All stencils work well with both royal icing and airbrushing.
