Cookie Cutter info for this set: No cutter used here. Julia tore the edges of these cookies, just as you would deckle the edge of paper (i.e., I set down a ruler on the rolled dough as a rough guide and then tore the dough "against" the ruler). If an irregular rolled edge was already nice, I left it. So every cookie you see is a different size and shape, some rather small (2 x 3 inches or less) and some larger to accommodate every possible design element.
