Joy 1 Prettier Plaques Background Cookie Stencil

Joy 1 Prettier Plaques background stencil has been designed in partnership with Julia Usher. Background stencils can be used alone or mixed and matched with all message and frame stencils in the line. Try using in conjunction with the Let it Snow Prettier Plaques Message Stencil to create a beautiful holiday cookie. These stencils fit the most popular 3- to 4-inch plaque cutters.
