Stars & Streamers Background Cookie Stencil

This 1 overlay background stencil has been designed to work with any sized cookie. This stencil is perfect for any culinary decorating project such as cookies, cakes, brownies, pies, candies and more! You can use this stencil with airbrushing and royal icing.
