This 2 overlay cookie stencil can be used together, or separately to create welcoming cookies for new homeowners! Stencil, decorate and pass these adorable cookies around any housewarming party. Use with our 4" Square cookie cutters or our matching house cutter. 

Sizing:

• House: 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" w/ Message being 2 1/8" h x 2 1/4" w - Use with our 4" Square cookie cutters or our matching house cutter. 
• Stencil Sheet: 5.875" x 5.5" and fits in a Standard Stencil Genie
• Cookie Cutter Sizes: All stencils fit within the cutters and are approximately 1/4" larger.
