This cookie stencil features a house and white picket fence stencil that can be used to frame the two housewarming cookie stencil messages or you can use it to pipe your own message, or address . Perfect for new homeowners or to welcome someone back!

We offer these designs in two options, first option is all on one sheet to use along with the Quadrant Masking Tool or the Half Sheet Masking Tool or a 3 sheet option that is easier to use with a Stencil Genie.

Sizing:

Works great on a 3" square cookie using our 3" square Cookie Cutter!

• House and Fence frame is 2 3/8" h x 2 6/8" w
• Welcome Home: 1 1/2" h x 1 1/8" wide and fits within the house frame.
• Home Sweet Home: 1 3/4"w x 1 1/4" h and fits within the house frame.
• Stencil Sheet - 5 7/8" high x 5 1/2" wide and fits into a standard Stencil Genie.

• Cleaning Your Stencil: Gently clean with warm soapy water, taking care not to rip the thin bridges in the cookie stencil. Air dry flat.
• Storage: Make sure stencil is dry, then store in our Keep Safe Storage Album which will keep your stencils clean and damage free until their next use.
