The stencils are great. Can’t wait to use them
It took entirely to long to get ..... it took forever before it was even shopped .... then we had a snow storm which delayed it even longer .... thos is the 2nd order I've placed & youbwait so long before you ever ship .... I won't order again
My Favorite Pain Cookie Stencil
Store owner replied: Hi Brenda I am so sorry we were unable to meet your delivery needs. The weakness of our country's shipping providers is very frustrating both to you and us. You have a right to be upset. You ordered it on Jan 20th at 5 30 pm, and we shipped your package with the US Postal Service the next day. You should have received both confirmation of order and the shipping notice and tracking number via email. Unfortunately, the US Postal service sent the package to indianapolis incorrectly, then it went back to Massachusetts, before finally making its way to your home in West Virginia. It arrived there on February 3rd. 12 days which is for a normal 2-3 day shipment. Totally unacceptable. Shipping these smaller items is a real challenge for us. The postage on this shipment is nearly the price of the stencil. The postal service is the only reasonable service to ship these types of parcels ( UPS is roughly double and FedEx even more.) So it is the only not very economical option we really have. USPS unfortunately loses and has more delivery issues than the other services. But they are far from perfect as well. We have recently started recommending to our business customers to pay extra for expedited UPS delivery for packages that have to be there. It is an expensive choice. We are considering offering a service that will provide insurance for the shipment, but I am not sure what it would do in this case. Again I am really sorry about the delivery. If you do have a need that has to be there by a certain date please let us know and we can provide you optoins Sincerely Jim

Arrived in perfect condition and the look great! I haven’t had a chance to use them yet, but when I do, I will let everyone know how it went, but I do love them!
